Hi, everyone!
Although I’m in the States when I’d love to already be working full-time in El Salvador, July had me feeling super grateful for the life I get to live in Ohio before I move down south. Once again, I’ve been in and out of Columbus a few times over the past few weeks. I got to spend cherished quality time with my best friends on vacation in Charleston, SC and I also spent time back in Toledo raising support.
PRAISE!!! As of the end of July, I only need 6 more people to join my support team financially at $100 per month to be 100% funded!
My timeline is getting shorter and shorter, as I need to finish building this support team before I leave for COMPASS (cultural training) in Colorado on September 19. This is less than two months away, so I am asking and trusting the Lord to provide these supporters according to His will. Being fully-funded before training will allow me to move to El Salvador within a few weeks of returning from Colorado on October 15.
A pretty cool story from support raising this month comes from a garage sale that my mom hosted for me in Toledo. Thanks to my incredible family who worked for hours preparing and getting the word out, we had tons of stuff to sell and had a great turnout. My goal for the 3-day sale was to raise $1000, and the Lord came through big time in providing over $1600 to go directly towards supporting my ministry in El Salvador!
You may have noticed that this month’s update is coming a couple days early, because in just 2 days I’ll be on a plane with 17 other people from Rock City Church to serve in El Salvador until August 7! I’m so excited to be back to serve with the church and ministry that will soon be my home. I am so thankful for this opportunity because I know many Reliant international missionaries do not get the chance to visit their place of ministry again until they are fully-funded and able to move.
I promise to send along tons of pictures and share stories from the week serving at our Children’s Development Centers. This will be my seventh time to El Salvador, and I know God has some incredible plans to make this trip unique and special!

Prayer Requests:
- For God to provide the 6 people to join my team at $100 per month to be fully-funded before leaving for COMPASS training on September 19.
- For the Rock City mission team I will be with in El Salvador from July 30-August 7. Please pray for safety and that God will do amazing things in and through each person on the team to touch the hearts of the people we will interact with.
- For our local team in El Salvador that is currently hosting their first mission team in a string of six in a row (they usually host 2 or 3 back-to-back at most). Please pray for energy and guidance as they plan the trips and serve alongside these teams from the States.
